Welcome to CPForKids.com. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access or use CPForKids, including our printable coloring pages, online coloring tools, guides, downloads, and other website content.
By using CPForKids, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About CPForKids
CPForKids is a creative platform that provides free printable coloring pages, browser-based online coloring activities, guides, and related resources for families, teachers, homeschoolers, children, teens, adults, and other coloring fans.
No account is required to browse the site, access printable coloring pages, or begin using supported online coloring activities.
2. Permitted Use
Unless a specific page states otherwise, CPForKids coloring materials may be used for normal personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
Examples of permitted use include:
- printing coloring pages for personal or family use;
- using pages in classrooms, homeschool activities, libraries, tutoring sessions, daycare programs, and similar non-commercial educational settings;
- printing multiple copies for students or participants in a permitted non-commercial activity;
- coloring or decorating a page for your own personal or educational use; and
- sharing a link to the original CPForKids page with other people.

3. Uses That Are Not Permitted
Unless you have written permission from CPForKids or another applicable rights holder, you may not:
- sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute CPForKids files or illustrations;
- upload or rehost our printable PDFs or hosted image files on another website, public drive, marketplace, resource library, or download service;
- present CPForKids content as your own original work;
- remove branding, copyright notices, or other identifying information for the purpose of redistribution;
- use CPForKids content to create products for sale without the necessary rights and permission;
- systematically copy, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the website;
- attempt to bypass security features, access restrictions, or technical protections; or
- use the website in a way that interferes with its operation or the experience of other visitors.
4. Original and Fan-Inspired Content
CPForKids publishes original coloring concepts and illustrations as well as independently created fan-inspired artwork based on subjects visitors enjoy.
Third-party brand names, characters, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Fan-inspired content on CPForKids is not presented as an official licensed product and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by the relevant rights holder unless explicitly stated.
CPForKids does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property incorporated into or referenced by fan-inspired content.
5. CPForKids-Owned Content
Website copy, original CPForKids branding, original illustrations for which CPForKids controls the relevant rights, original interface elements, guides, and other CPForKids-created material may be protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CPForKids-owned intellectual property to visitors.
6. Online Coloring Tools
CPForKids provides browser-based coloring tools that may include features such as Fill, Brush, Eraser, Magic Fill, colors, gradients, zoom, undo, redo, local progress saving, and download options.
Features may vary by page, browser, device, or software version. We may update, add, remove, or modify online coloring features as the site develops.
Some coloring progress may be saved locally in your browser. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove locally saved progress. CPForKids does not guarantee that locally stored coloring progress will always remain available.
We recommend downloading finished artwork that you want to keep.
7. Downloads and Printing
Printable coloring files are provided for convenient home, classroom, homeschool, and other permitted non-commercial use. File appearance and printing results can vary depending on your browser, PDF viewer, printer, ink or toner, paper, device, and print settings.
Although we try to prepare printable materials for practical use on common paper sizes such as US Letter and A4, we cannot guarantee identical results on every printer or device.

8. User-Downloaded Artwork
When an online coloring activity allows you to download your finished coloring as an image or PDF, the download is provided for your personal or otherwise permitted use under these Terms and our Licensing Policy.
Coloring or modifying an illustration does not transfer ownership of underlying third-party intellectual property or other protected material to you.
9. Educational and Classroom Use
Teachers, homeschool families, libraries, tutors, daycare programs, and similar non-commercial educational users may print CPForKids pages for normal instructional and supervised activity use.
Please share links to CPForKids rather than re-uploading our downloadable files to public websites, shared public repositories, or commercial resource platforms.
10. Requests, Feedback, and Suggestions
You may contact us with feedback, technical reports, or suggestions for future coloring topics. We appreciate these messages, but submitting an idea does not create an obligation for CPForKids to publish, compensate, credit, or exclusively use that idea.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through general feedback or topic suggestion forms.
11. Advertising and Third-Party Services
CPForKids may display advertising and may use third-party services for analytics, hosting, security, email delivery, forms, advertising, and other website functions.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CPForKids will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or its content.
This includes, for example, loss of locally stored coloring progress, printing problems, device compatibility issues, interruptions, or problems caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
