WHO IS PAW PATROL
Paw Patrol launched on Nickelodeon in 2013 and became one of the fastest-growing kids’ franchises in TV history. The show follows Ryder, a 10-year-old boy, and his team of rescue pups — each with a different job, vehicle, and personality — as they protect Adventure Bay from everything from stuck kittens to Mayor Humdinger’s schemes. Chase is the police pup, Marshall is the fire pup, Skye flies the helicopter, Rubble operates the digger, Rocky handles recycling and repairs, and Zuma covers water rescues.
The franchise expanded into Mighty Pups, Rescue Knights, and a 2021 movie, adding new characters like Liberty, Tuck, and Everest along the way. If your kid watches it, they already have a favorite pup — and this collection has a page for all of them.
How to Color Paw Patrol
Each pup has their own color palette tied to their job. Chase is blue and gray with a yellow star badge. Marshall is red with white dalmatian spots and a firefighter helmet. Skye is pink and white with her helicopter backpack. Rubble is brown with yellow construction gear. Rocky is green with a recycling logo on his vest. Zuma is orange and brown with his water rescue suit. Ryder wears red with a blue collar and badge.
For Mighty Pups pages, the suits stay the same base colors but add glowing energy effects — bright yellow or white for the power glow works best. For baby versions, softer pastel shades of the same colors make the pages feel even cuter. For the vehicle convoy page, keeping each vehicle in its owner’s signature color is the key — Chase’s police car is blue, Marshall’s fire truck is red, Skye’s helicopter is pink, and Rubble’s digger is yellow.
For toddlers, chunky crayons work perfectly on the baby and easy sections — the outlines are thick enough to handle anything. For older kids, fine-tip markers give the best results on the vehicle and group pages.
What to Do With Finished Pages
Turn Chase’s Badge into a Real Badge
Print the Chase page, color it, cut out just the badge, and glue it to a piece of cardstock with a safety pin on the back. Kids can wear it all day. Works especially well for Paw Patrol birthday parties — print one per child and let everyone make their own pup badge at the table.
Make a Paw Patrol Rescue Mission Book
Print the mission pages in order — Chase directing traffic, Marshall fighting a fire, Skye on helicopter rescue, Zuma on the hovercraft. Color them, staple them together, and add speech bubbles with a marker. Kids end up with a mini comic that they made themselves, and it tells a complete rescue story from start to finish.
Use the Vehicle Page as a Party Banner
Print the vehicle convoy page twice, color both copies, and tape them end to end along the edge of a table or across a doorway. It works as a banner without any extra materials. Free printable Paw Patrol coloring pages don’t usually come in banner format — the convoy page fills that gap perfectly.
Build a Paw Patrol Lookout Tower
Take a paper towel roll, wrap it with the colored logo page, and cut small windows in it. Add a cardboard cone on top for the roof. Kids can stand their pup pages around the base. It takes about 20 minutes and becomes the centerpiece of any Paw Patrol imaginative play session.
Print the Baby Pages for Fine Motor Practice
The baby Chase, baby Marshall, and baby Skye pages have the thickest outlines in the collection — thick enough to work as tracing practice before kids move to freehand coloring. Teachers use easy Paw Patrol coloring pages for kids exactly this way: familiar character, low frustration, real skill-building.
